I’m Kit Frick, author of psychological suspense for teens and adults. I’m also a poet. And an editor. In other words, my world is filled with infinite creative challenges, moments of beauty, and moments when I scare myself silly—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I have two books hitting shelves in 2018: My debut young adult novel is See All the Stars, a contemporary suspense coming in summer 2018 from S&S/McElderry Books. Then in fall 2018, New American Press will publish my debut poetry collection, A Small Rising Up in the Lungs. Basically, 2018 is going to be one big book party.

You’re Invited: Books, Cats, and CHATS with YA Authors
While we collectively count down the months until launch, you can join the virtual party on Instagram for cats, cooking, books, places, and faces; Twitter and Facebook for all things bookish; and Pinterest for inspiration boards about my books and other images that capture my eye. I also run the Debut-to-Debut Interview Series right here on my website, where you’ll find monthly-ish interviews with other debut YA authors. Thanks for being a part of the celebration!
